Creator tools
tools we built, and use.
Two products born out of the studio. One finds your story and writes it in your voice. The other runs the client work behind it. Take either on its own, or use them together.
01 / Client portal
portalist
one branded home for every client.
Content calendar, briefs, uploads, approvals, contracts, auto-posting and a built-in video studio — under your brand, not ours.
What it is
The branded client portal we run our own agency on. Everything a piece of content needs lives in one place: the calendar, the brief, the client’s photos, the edit, the approval, the finished file. Clients see your logo and your agency’s name, and every email they receive comes from you.
Who it’s for
Social media agencies and studios juggling several clients at once OR content creators who do frequent brand collaborations and need a place to keep track of invoices, projects, and approvals.
02 / Brand strategist
fieldnote
an interview that turns into content.
Fieldnote asks you the right questions, listens to how you actually talk, and finds the story underneath the summary so it can write posts, reels, and threads that still sound like you.
What it is
A brand strategist in software. It opens with a voice-first interview, keeps a story bank of everything you’ve told it, and turns those stories into scripts for reels, threads, posts, and carousels. It was built by Caroline Huntley — the same interview and storytelling process used with studio clients.
Who it’s for
Founders, executives, and creators building a personal brand who want to sound like themselves without spending the week writing.
03 / Working together
find your words. then put them to work.
Fieldnote finds the story and writes the script. Portalist brings the production together — briefs, calendars, and client approvals.
Use either on its own, or carry a finished Fieldnote script into Portalist when it’s time to make, review, and publish.
Still deciding
not sure which one you need?
Both are open to anyone, no studio partnership required. If you’d rather talk it through first, tell us where you’re stuck and we’ll point you to the right one.
