01By using this site

You agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are using it on behalf of a company or studio, you are confirming that you may bind it to these terms.

02The work described here

The offerings, pages, and examples on this site describe the kind of work I do. They are an overview, not a proposal, a quote, or a contract.

Scope, timeline, price, and deliverables are only fixed once we have agreed them in writing, in a separate document. Nothing on this page creates an obligation on either side.

03Inquiries and conversations

Sending me an inquiry does not make us client and collaborator, and it does not reserve a place in my calendar. I read everything and reply when I can; a quiet stretch is not a rejection.

Please do not send confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information before we have agreed to work together. Once we are working together, the confidentiality we agree in our contract governs what we share.

04Bookings and other tools

Some things on this site happen somewhere else, and once you are there their terms and pricing apply to you, not mine:

• Private 1:1 strategy calls are booked and paid through stan.store.
• Huntley Studio projects, and the creator tools page, live on huntleystudio.com.
• Portalist is used through myportalist.com and Fieldnote through fieldnote.huntleystudio.com.
• Instagram and Substack are operated by their own platforms.

I am not responsible for the availability, terms, or conduct of these services, or for anything you agree to with them.

05What belongs to whom

The writing, photography, collage artwork, layout, and brand assets on this site belong to Caroline Huntley unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to share a link to any page, and to quote a short passage with credit and a link back.

Please do not copy, repost, or reproduce the site's content or artwork in bulk, use it to train an AI model, or present it as your own. If you would like to use something, ask first; the answer is usually yes.

You keep everything you send me. Your words, your work, your accounts.

06Astrology and Human Design

I include astrology and Human Design because they are part of how I think about a person, not because they are a substitute for professional help. Anything on this site touching these subjects is offered as a reflective, creative lens.

It is not medical, mental health, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a diagnosis or a prediction. Please keep working with qualified professionals for anything to do with your health, your money, or your legal position, and make your own decisions.

If you are in crisis, please contact a local emergency service or a crisis line in your country.

07Using the site well

Please do not:

• Use the inquiry form to send spam, advertising, or anything unlawful, hateful, or harmful.
• Attempt to access the site beyond what is publicly offered, or interfere with how it runs.
• Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other people, or reuse it to build a competing copy.

08No guarantees

The site is provided as it is and as it is available. I try to keep it accurate and running, but I do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or exactly what you were hoping for.

I do not guarantee any particular outcome from reading the site, booking a call, or working together. Creative and strategic work depends on both of us, and on a great many things outside either of our control.

09Where responsibility sits

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.

10If these terms change

I may update these terms and will refresh the date at the top. The version in place when you use the site is the version that applies.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, where the site is run from, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
